Ding and DaBell should constantly motivate each other and start dinging the bell whenever someone slips off the diet. LOL. Kidding. Anyway, don’t forget to eat healthily. I remember reading somewhere dieting together with exercise is the best way to lose some pounds. And by exercise breeze walking is ok too! Let’s have more outdoor podcast sessions!
fat is a never-ending battle, I ve gainned 20 pounds lately, screw it ! as far as loosing weight is concern, u r not alone dear. gan ba le ! 🙂
